We Listen. On a daily basis our customers tell us what is important to them; we listen to their worries and how they want to be treated. For example, we know you want our fitters to work in a clean and tidy manner in your home.

Jason, who is in charge of our operations, regularly reminds us that he wants all customers treated just like they were his parents or other close family member. His Mantra is “we don’t stop until the customer is happy”.

We work in Partnership with our customers. We like to find out exactly what our customers want for their home; once we are clear on this we will use our product and legal knowledge to professionally advise how to get the most for your money.

We hate hard selling – we think you do too! On this subject we are crystal clear- we PROMISE not to hard sell or use any sales techniques which are aggressive, confusing or underhand. Many of our valued customers are quite elderly and potentially vulnerable; we treat everyone with respect and do the best deal we possibly can. By being members we adhere to a code of practice and standards which amongst other things sees our work randomly and independently inspected. As a member of FENSA we must legally protect your deposits, provide 10 year insurance backed guarantees and be fully insured for public, professional and employers liability. Our insurances are with the Glass and Glazing Federation insurance company.
