Pipe reforming wil bring deformed drains back to shape. The main advatage is the lack of upheaval when compared to traditional repair by excavation.

This form of no dig repair is very useful for rerounding pitch fibre drains.

A similar process is pipe bursting, where the existing drain is broken out into the surround and a new pipe is pulled into place.
